Willy Wonka, the chocolate oligarch, otherwise known as Petro Poroshenko, who came to power in the Ukraine on the back of a fascist putsch has been decisively snubbed by the people of Holland. Britain will get it's chance to stick two fingers up at the EU in June and I'm relishing the idea of doing just that.
